回來過暑假

 哥哥回來過暑假了，

壯的跟牛一樣，已經明顯高過老爸

想趁暑假跟著哥哥練健身、練足球、練英文的

（在英國有修教練證照），請把握機會。

還有登記明天8:00英文體育課的，不要忘記喔

Daniel哥哥是自制力魔人、媽媽也嚇到吃手手

高蛋白低碳飲食，不喝咖啡因飲料，

早睡早起，不打電動

每天有健身菜單，目前臥推90公斤

每周日來回徒步走80分鐘上教會做禮拜

Daniel is Back for the Summer!

He’s as strong as an ox and now noticeably taller than Dad!

For those who want to train with him over the summer—whether it’s fitness, football, or English (he’s been working on a coaching certification in the UK)—this is your chance!

Also, a reminder for those signed up for tomorrow’s 8:00 AM English sports class—don’t forget!

Daniel is a self-discipline machine, even Mom is shocked!

• High-protein, low-carb diet

• No caffeine drinks

• Early to bed, early to rise

• No video games

• Follows a strict workout plan (currently bench pressing 90kg)

• Walks 80 minutes round-trip every Sunday to attend church

Now’s the time to train with him and learn from his discipline!

期末體能測驗

 學期末體能測試：

全部學員同時開跑，

跑到跑不動後停下來

丹尼爾竟然撐到倒數第二個。

（真意外，當年在台灣時常被講，跑太慢～）

我這媽媽開玩笑說：

為什麼沒有撐到最後一個？

小丹說：我的腳已經跟不上我的意志力

在英國每天都進健身房自主練習

同學問：你為什麼練這麼勤？

小丹說：爸媽花這麼多錢讓我來這裡，

不練會有罪惡感。

End-of-Semester Fitness Test

All the students started running at the same time, stopping only when they couldn’t go any further.

Daniel lasted until the second-to-last runner standing!

(A huge surprise—back in Taiwan, he was often told he ran too slowly!)

As a joke, I asked him:

“Why didn’t you hold on until the very last?”

Daniel replied: “My legs couldn’t keep up with my willpower.”

In the UK, he hits the gym every day for self-training.

When a classmate asked, “Why do you train so much?”

Daniel simply said: “My parents spent so much money for me to be here—I’d feel guilty if I didn’t.”
